Side panel housing The side panel holds the stick and the tiller. There is a lamp for lighting the foot area and a microphone is placed as well.

Flightstick The flightstick controls the plane in the air.This is done via flightcomputers, which converts the stick inputs to the right changes for all rudders.

Tiller The tiller is for steering the airplane on the ground.
