The nozzle is made out of a 30mm wooden ball. I bought the ball in a DIY store. I drilled a 100m hole. I turned a face of 20mm diameter, glued a 20mmx10mm cylinder and painted that black. That is the gesper vent. |
| I took a 100mm diameter ventilating pipe and glued that on the panel. That is the connection for the ait stream. |

Here you can see the fixing of the vent. It´s done simply by 3 screws, which allow the vent to turn. |
| The loudspeaker is mounted under the gesper vent simply by screwing the speaker on the panel. |
